We present a case of a 3-month-old girl referred to ourhospital for ascites, oedema and diarrhea. She had asevere hypoalbuminemia but there was no evidence of liverdisfunction, renal loss or cardiac failure.Lymphoscintigraphy has shown the presence of intestinal lymphangiectasia(IL). Further investigations haveidentified an overlap of two possible causes of IL.
